• Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and motivate the bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Create schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Assist in crafting innovative drink menus to attract customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Sound knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail preparation.
