Job Description:
- Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate the bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Create schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Assist in crafting innovative drink menus to attract customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Sound knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail preparation.
